YEREVAN (Armenpress)—The formation of the Armenia-Russia joint air defense system does not deprive Armenia the independence to manage its own measures of air defense, said Deputy Defense Minister, Ara Nazaryan, during a Parliamentary discussion.
“Currently, Armenia is defending its air space with its measures. After the confirmation of this agreement, we will continue managing out air defense systems. However the Russian resources will be added to them,â€
