It seems like yesterday when the entire kazm (body) of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) Eastern United States Central Committee attended your wedding in Los Angeles.

Where has all the time gone?

I met Tigran some 20 years before we were elected to the Central Committee together. Tigran was related to Der Gorun Shirikian’s (Greater Detroit) wife Arpine, another fellow Anjartsi to Tigran. While visiting his relatives in Detroit, I met Tigran at a public program at the Dearborn church. As a new arrival to the United States, he turned to me””a perfect stranger””and asked in Armenian “inchu khatchuh droshaken arach kuh kaleh?”
