GLENDALE — The City of Burbank Section 8 Waiting List is officially open for a 4-week period between January 11, 2016 – February 8, 2016. The Armenian Relief Society of Western USA’s Social Services main office, located at 517 W. Glenoaks Blvd., Glendale, CA 91202, has been designated as a pick-up location for hard-copy applications and fact sheets with information regarding eligibility. The Section 8 Voucher Program provides rental assistance to low-income renters.
Eleven other locations in the Burbank area have applications available for pick-up. They include the Joslyn Adult Center, Olive Recreation Center, Verdugo Park, McCambridge Park, Ovrom Community Center, Central Library, Buena Vista Branch Library, Northwest Branch Library, Burbank Temporary Aid Center, Family Service Agency, and the Salvation Army.
All completed applications must be mailed to the Burbank Housing Authority, P.O. Box 11539, Burbank, CA 91510. Envelopes must be postmarked no later than February 8, 2016.
Applications can also be submitted online in various languages by visiting www.burbankca.gov.
