YEREVAN(Armenpress) — On March 4, the Minister of Territorial Administration and Development Davit Lokian introduced the new Governor of the Shirak Province, Hovsep Simonyan to the staff of the Governorate and community heads.

There is no need to say anything more as the introduction for the new Governor, as he has been employed in the Governorate for the last 14 years.
