HAMBURG, Germany—Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian had a meeting on December 8 with OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs James Warlick, Igor Popov and Stéphane Visconti, and the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk, announced the Armenian Foreign Ministry.
The meeting discussed a number of issues regarding the Karabakh conflict and its peace process.
Nalbandian stressed to the Minsk Group that “Azerbaijan has been refusing to implement the agreements reached at Vienna and St. Petersburg summits for months,â€
