Talish Reconstruction Underway, Resettlement Plans after Winter

TALISH, Nagorno-Karabakh (ArmRadio)—The Talish village in Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) has been under construction for the past two weeks. The head of Talish village Vilen Petrosyan says the resettlement process will start after winter. It has been decided not to recover the districts targeted by the Azeri forces. A new school will be built in the center of the village.

There are currently twelve men living in Talish. They say their families will return from the neighboring Alashan settlement after the reconstruction works are completed.
