STEPANAKERT, Artsakh””Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Republic President Bako Sahakian received Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk on May 13 in Stepanakert.
The meeting addressed a number of issues related to the situation along the border (also known as the Line of Contact) between Artsakh and Azerbaijan armed forces.
