STEPANAKERT, Artsakh—A year after the end of the most aggressive military offensive in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Republic since 1994 initiated by Azerbaijan, the Artsakh Foreign Ministry reiterates their will to peacefully settle the conflict in a statement issued on April 5.
