STEPANAKERT—Artsakh leadership on Saturday, September 3 met with delegation from the Kingdom of Belgium Els Van Hoof, MP of the Chamber of Representatives, and Head of the Belgium-Armenia parliamentary friendship group who had arrived in Artsakh on the initiative of the European Armenian Federation for Justice and Democracy (EAFJD).
President Bako Sahakian received the delegation discussing the development of inter-parliamentary ties between the two countries.
Sahakian expressed gratitude toward the Belgian parliamentarian’s visit to Artsakh during the state’s 25th Independence Anniversary, stating that their sincere friendship was highly valued in Artsakh. He also noted that the Artsakh-Belgium relationship is a “pivotal componentâ€
