WASHINGTON (Voice of America)””There has never been or can ever be a military solution to the Nagorno-Karabakh issue, US Deputy Assistant Secretary in the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs Eric Rubin said at the Brookings Institution.
According to Rubin, the US is focused on a fair, peaceful, and lasting solution to the Karabakh conflict that is acceptable to all parties, the Voice of America reports.
“There is no better solution. All others are so terrible that are not even worth considering,”
