President Sahakyan meets with the staff of the Artsakh Republican Library, named after Mesrop Mashtots
STEPANAKERT—On September 10, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakian visited the Mesrop Mashtots Republican Library in Stepanakert and met with it staff, the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President reports.
Sahakian signified the role of the institution in the development of culture and the upbringing of the younger generation in the republic, noting that a number of programs were to be implemented to improve working and social conditions of the library’s staff.
