STEPANAKERT (Artsakh Press Office)””On July 14, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Karen Mirzoyan received Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk.

According to the Artsakh Press Office, the meeting discussed a range of issues related to the monitoring of the border between the armed forces of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic and Azerbaijan. In this context the issue of the expansion of the office of Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office was touched upon.

Maintaining the stability on the border was mutually emphasized.
