Serj Tankian during his visit to Armenia’s Ministry of Culture in Yerevan today.
YEREVAN — Prominent Armenian-American rock musician and political activist Serj Tankian visited the Ministry of Culture today and met with new Armenian Minister of Culture Lilit Makunts to discuss future cultural initiatives.
Makunts said that, two months ago, she could not have imagined discussing cultural programs with Tankian.
“I am extremely happy for this and I would like to ask you about your plans in Armenia,â€
