The ANCA closely tracks the performance of every incumbent Senator and Representative across a broad array of pro-Armenian legislative metrics, carefully scores and objectively grades each legislator, and then – as a public service to voters interested in factoring our insights into the diverse set of criteria they consider when voting – widely circulates non-biased, fact-driven, merit-based Report Cards and Endorsements each election cycle.

Halfway through the Congressional term, in February 2022, the ANCA also provides a mid-term progress report on the legislator's performance on pro-Armenian priorities. Final grades for the legislative term and endorsements will be shared in October, 2022.

Akrom Malikov, a researcher at a university in Uzbekistan, was detained on extremism charges for allegedly writing articles for the opposition People’s Movement. He was convicted of plotting to overthrow the government. @HRW describes the charges as “politically-motivated.” These 10 people have been unjustly detained for too long. Those who deny it are complicit in a terrible lie. Erdogan’s incursion into Syria was an unconscionable act of brutality. The consequences of these actions by Turkey and its proxies will persist for years to come—and pose a direct threat to U.S. national security interests. There must be a full accounting by Turkey of these atrocities. That is why I’m today introducing an expedited resolution of request for the Secretary of State to inform the Senate in 30 days of the extent of Turkey’s human rights abuses in Syria."
