WASHINGTON, DC — As election day (November 2nd) approaches, the ANCA has issued detailed Report Cards on each Senate and House Member to assist Armenian American voters to make informed choices at the voting booth.

Each ANCA Report Card includes an “ANCA Grade” based on the Senator’s or Representative’s support for Armenian American issues. The ANCA considers a broad range of factors in determining the grade for each Member, including:

• Support for aid to Armenia and Nagorno Karabagh
• Co-sponsorship and votes on key legislation
• Favorable public statements
• Advocacy at the Committee level
• Relations with local Armenian Community

The ANCA endorses incumbents and challengers based on their report cards, responses to Candidate Questionnaires, and after careful consultation with local ANCA chapters and activists throughout the nation.
