Hollywood, CA. – Sunder Ramani, California 43rd Assembly District candidate for the June 8th runoff Special Election will be participating in a televised Town Hall on Sunday, May 16th from 7:00 – 8:00pm. The town hall is organized by the Armenian National Committee of America – Western Region (ANCA-WR).
The one-hour town hall forum, which will be televised live from Horizon studios in Hollywood, will feature the Republican candidate discussing his views on issues effecting the 43rd Assembly District and California.
The forum will offer a unique opportunity for the Armenian American constituents of the 43rd Assembly District to become more familiar with the candidate. The topics of discussion will include the State’s ongoing budget crisis and safety net programs, public education, water and environmental issues, transportation, immigration, and the economy. Issues of concern to the Armenian American community will also serve as a topic of discussion.
The ANCA-WR is providing this forum for the community to hear Ramani outline his stance on the issues, demonstrate how he can address the concerns of the 43rd Assembly District constituents and discuss the impact of his policy decisions on Armenian Americans in the district.
The televised town hall can be viewed on Charter Digital Channel 285 in Glendale, Burbank and La Crescenta. It will also be streamed online on the ANCA website – www.anca.org, Horizon Armenian Television – www.horizonarmeniatv.com and on the Hairenik News site – www.hairenik.com .
